The company was officially listed in 1995 to OTC stock code: 4502.TW
In 2006, The Second factory Yuan Chen established in Suzhou, China and expanding Business to North America, Australia and China domestic market, supporting GM, Holden, Karma, Volvo, Polestar and North America Trailer business.
In 2017, Jian Sin Industrial Co. Ltd. became part of Rosta Group, main focus on automotive OEM and OES applications. Continue investment in Technology includes Tilt-cast Aluminum, Forged Aluminum and Magnesium wheels and particular surface treatment for Forged Magnesium wheel.
In 2022, Our Business scope now including North America, Europe, China, Japan and Australia, continuing support world-class OEMs with excellent quality; concentrate on Electric Vehicle ODMs and material recycling for sustainability. Both Taiwan and Suzhou production site have test lab inhouse with capability to conduct Material, Function, Environment validation to meet OEM standard and requirement.
